Jonche is the legend of Macedonian folk music, who was not only a singer but also a composer and lyricist of many well-known Macedonian folk songs.

What made him distinctive was his specific style of performing songs – he sang them with a unique passion, emotions, and fully immersed himself in them. And for him, his colleagues and those who knew him personally will say that he was also a great performer.
